Description
Enoki Shuzo's Kiyomori Ginjo is named after Taira no Kiyomori and the legendary Ondo-no-Seto strait on Kurahashijima Island, drawing on the Seto Inland Sea's exceptionally soft nansui water to produce an elegant, delicate ginjo. Founded in 1899 on this island in Kure, Hiroshima, the brewery uses locally grown Hattan-Nishiki rice, Hiroshima's signature sake variety, for a refined and approachable character.
