Description
This is a pure rice sake created by Tatsuro Okazaki, a favorite disciple who received the guidance of sake brewing from the beginning, a modern master craftsman, Akio Nakahama. In particular, we are particular about raw material processing of rice, and we have used considerable nerves to absorb rice in order to bring out moderate rice extracts. The throat with a refreshing scent and sourness is vivid. Rather than sweet, it is refreshing and dry and very easy to drink. The compatibility with the dishes is exceptional and can be used for any dish.
