Description

It is a liquor using a rice polishing rate of 20 % Omachi rice. Omachi rice, the roots of sake rice, was large and spherical and large, so it was around 38 % of existing rice -like technology. However, the newly developed state -of -the -art phase machine and the improved Omachi rice have succeeded in challenging the extreme rice polishing and making the price of 20 % of the rice polishing. This is the world's first attempt in Omachi rice, removing all the proteins and lipids that are theomerics, making it a liquor of the flavor of the new frontier.
