Made from Gohyaku Mangoku rice polished to 55 percent, this unpasteurized junmai ginjo genshu opens with aromas of persimmon, celery, blueberry and yeast. It drinks bright and lively with bold layered notes of guava, strawberry, peach and lemongrass, finishing quick and clean at 17 percent alcohol.
