Brewed in Niigata and released once a year, this nama genshu junmai ginjo is made entirely with Koshi Tanrei rice polished to 55 percent. It expresses juicy pear notes with the refreshing dryness typical of Niigata sake, along with a hint of sweet umami, best appreciated well chilled.
