Description

Crafted from Gohyaku Mangoku and Koshi Ibuki rice grown by local farmers near the brewery, this junmai is milled to around 65 percent for easy, everyday drinking. Niigata's rice, water, and mild climate are reflected in the region's reputation for clean, food friendly sake styles. The rice for this bottle is sourced from farms within a few miles of the kura, keeping the profile rooted in its home prefecture.
