Description

This everyday futsushu is made with Gohyaku Mangoku and Koshi Ibuki rice polished to sixty five percent, a higher polish than required even for premium honjozo grade. The style is dry, clean, and light bodied, with notes of hazelnut and toasted rice. It drinks well either chilled or gently warmed.
