The sake of the Tanaka Sake Brewery store is the best structure according to the type of sake, based on the motto of the sake, with the motto of the sake brews, the Japanese kiln, the koji in the room (Muro), the sake mother, and the moromi. , We harmonize the needs of consumers and the taste of Kimanyo. In addition, in response to several years of preparation for the shortage of successors Nambu Boji due to the declining birthrate and aging population, we started making sake only by our own year employees from the 2009 year of sake brewing.
