🍶
Description

Served warm around 104 degrees Fahrenheit, this yamahai honjozo reveals notes of cashew, rice, and caramel that make a strong case for warm sake skeptics. Its heartier profile holds up well to gentle heating rather than fading. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 70 percent in Hyogo, it carries an SMV of 0.5, acidity of 2.0, and ABV of 17 percent.

The Kenbishi product does not display the rice rime rime label. The reason is that the rice polishing is changed according to the rice grown under different conditions every year. Everything is to keep the same taste. "Taste" rather than "title". That is our policy.
