Description
Juuku Snow Flake Origarami Junmai Namagenshu is brewed from Miyama Nishiki at 65% polish and bottled with fine lees (origarami) still suspended, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is pressed during sub-zero Nagano winter temperatures and kept cold through bottling, giving it a creamy rice sweetness, gentle effervescence, and the bright freshness of newly pressed sake.
