Description

Tokubetsu Honjozo brewed with Miyama Nishiki from Shinshu Shinmachi, crafted at one of Nagano's smallest breweries through hand-washing of rice and careful attention to koji. The honjozo style adds a light distilled alcohol component to the extended low-temperature fermentation base, sharpening the clean, food-friendly finish.
