🍶
Description

A junmai ginjo under the Issho Koufuku label, brewed at Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, using Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%. The Issho Koufuku brand was established when the brewery took over Toyo Shuzo in Nagai after the 2011 disaster and is positioned as a celebratory everyday sake. Dewa Sansan, Yamagata's representative sake rice, lends a soft body and clean floral ginjo character.

Congratulations on water, green and flower town, happy life for a lifetime. It is easy to get familiar with the joy of happy and joy to carry, and I try to bring out dignified sake.
