Description

Junmai Ginjo Iizura is a locally produced pure rice ginjo from Nagano prefecture, crafted with the region's characteristically clean alpine water sourced from the mountains that define Shinshu's sake-brewing landscape. Nagano is home to over 80 breweries that leverage the prefecture's mineral-rich snowmelt and locally grown sake rice varieties like Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi to produce elegant, refined ginjo styles. This junmai ginjo expresses the crisp, balanced profile associated with high-altitude Nagano brewing, combining delicate ginjo aromatics with a clean, rice-forward palate.
