Description
Hokuandaikoku Tokunamagenshu is a specially crafted undiluted, live-stored sake from Kitaanjo Honke in Omachi, Nagano, retaining the raw character of freshly brewed sake without dilution or full pasteurization. The brewery draws on Northern Alps snowmelt groundwater and Nagano-grown rice, resulting in a sake with concentrated umami and a brisk, clean finish that reflects the high-altitude brewing environment of the Nishina region. This expression sits within the brewery's range of premium seasonal releases distinguished by their uncut, unfiltered nature.
