Description

Hokuandaikoku Shiboritatenamagenshu is a freshly pressed, unfiltered, undiluted raw sake from Kitaanjo Honke in Omachi, Nagano, released directly after pressing without pasteurization to capture the vivid, youthful energy of new sake. Brewed using snowmelt water from the Northern Alps and locally grown rice with kimoto fermentation techniques, this winter release is characterized by fresh, lively character and the pronounced richness of an undiluted genshu. Refrigeration is required to maintain its vibrant unpasteurized qualities.
