It is Junmai Daiginjo, which was first manufactured by the 12th generation Katsumune Sasaki as a brewer, from manufacturing to label design. I hate luxurious labels, so I designed them with the image of candy so that young people can drink. It is a triple 5 sake of 5 million stones from Fukui Prefecture, 50 % for rice polishing, FK-5 (V) 01.
