Nurukan Junmai

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

This junmai is polished to 65% and takes its name from its intended serving temperature, nurukan, the gentle warm range of roughly 40°C that softens acidity and broadens umami. Fukui's brewing tradition favors clean, food-complementary styles, and warm serving draws out a mellow, round texture. The moderate polish retains enough body to support the warmth without becoming heavy.
