A yamahai junmai daiginjo using 100% Yamada Nishiki polished to 45%, brewed at Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata. The yamahai method delivers a refined yet powerful sake with smooth umami, balanced acidity, and a long, layered finish. Conceived with vintage aging in mind, it can be enjoyed from chilled to warm at temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius.
