A junmai ginjo brewed at Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, using Fukushima-developed Yume no Kaori rice polished to 55%. Yume no Kaori was bred specifically for sake production in Fukushima and contributes a delicate, elegant ginjo aroma alongside a soft, refined fullness. The clean, lively character makes it an expressive food-pairing sake.
