Description

A junmai ginjo from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, brewed entirely with Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%. Dewa Sansan is Yamagata Prefecture's signature sake rice, developed locally and known for its soft, full-bodied character and clean ginjo aromatics. The brewery produces this in small batches with individual bottle storage.
