Description
A memorial reconstruction sake released under the Iwakikotobuki label by Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura, brewed in Nagai, Yamagata, after the brewery's original site in Namie, Fukushima was destroyed by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami. Polished to 65%, this other-category sake serves as a symbolic link between the brewery's Fukushima heritage and its continued production in Yamagata.
