Description
A junmai daiginjo in the vintage-inspired GINTAGE lineup, brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%. Produced at Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, where all mash is fermented in small 600-700 kg batches and bottled individually by pressing. A drop-pressed nama genshu style, it carries Yamada Nishiki's refined ginjo character alongside pronounced rice depth.
