
Description
A junmai from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, carrying the red label of the Iwaki Kotobuki brand, polished to 65%. The brewery, originally from the fishing town of Namie, Fukushima, moved to Nagai after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, and now draws on spring water from the Iide and Asahi ranges for small 600-700 kg batch brewing.
