Description
Hyakurakumon Chokijukuseishu is a long-aged sake from Katsuragi Shuzo in Nara, one of Japan's most historic brewing regions with a sake-making tradition stretching back over a thousand years. Extended maturation deepens the color and develops complex flavors of caramel, dried fruit, and earthy umami. Nara's heritage of aged sake production, known as koshu, makes this a regionally significant expression.

Thanks for the rich harvest, I would like to make this sake brewing deeper in connection with the local Nara by conducting this sake brewing, which feels the history of sake and romance, and will be able to make sake that can only be done in this land.
