Description

Japanese Shirakaga ume plums are macerated and then blended with brandy and honey in this long-aged umeshu from Ibaraki's Meiri Shurui. Won first place at the 2008 Osaka Tenmantenshi National Umeshu Competition and the top Komonjo Prize at the 2013 Mito Plum Festival competition, earning a reputation for rich, complex depth beyond typical sweet plum liqueur.
