Description
Kitamaekoro references the historic Kitamaebune shipping route that made the Hokuriku coast of Ishikawa prosperous and helped spread Kaga sake culture across Japan. This honjozo is brewed with rice polished to at least 70% with a small addition of distilled alcohol, producing a lighter, clean style in the regional tradition.
