Description
This ten-year koshu (aged sake) is part of the Judaime (Tenth Generation) line from Hashimoto Shuzo in Kaga, Ishikawa, celebrating a decade of generational brewing heritage. Extended aging produces a rich amber color along with deep flavors of dried fruit, honey, and toasted rice that are rare in the modern sake market.
