Description

Hokuandaikoku Junmai Ginjo Murokanamagenshu is produced by Kitaanjo Honke (Hokuan Jozo), a small brewery founded in 1923 in Omachi, Nagano, using snowmelt water from the Northern Alps. Brewed with locally grown Hitogokochi rice and the traditional kimoto method, this unfiltered, undiluted raw sake offers vibrant freshness and a full-bodied, concentrated richness straight from the press. Nagano's high-altitude brewing environment and pristine alpine water lend the sake a clean, well-defined character.
