Hijiri Funabajikazume Tokubetsu Junmai Murokanamagenshu Wakamizu is a special designation pure rice sake from Hijiri Shuzo (founded 1841) in Shibukawa, Gunma, brewed with Gunma's local Wakamizu rice polished to 60%. Bottled directly from the fune press without filtration or pasteurization and undiluted, this funabajikazume release captures the raw, concentrated character of freshly pressed sake at full strength.
