Kantonohana Tokubetsu Junmaishu is a special designation pure rice sake from Hijiri Shuzo in Shibukawa, Gunma, made with 100% Gunma-prefecture rice using the traditional lid koji method for all production. The sake balances a pleasant sweetness and bright acidity suited to the role of a versatile table sake that complements the cuisine of the Kanto region.
