Hatsuhinode Junmainamagenshu Arabashirimurokajikazume - Junmai sake from Hanedashuzo Co.,Ltd, Kyoto
Description

Hatsuhinode Junmai Namagenshu Arabashiri Muroka Jikazume is a fresh, unfiltered, undiluted sake from Haneda Shuzo in the Kyoto Kitayama region, using Kyoto-grown Kyo no Kagayaki rice polished to 60%. Bottled directly from the first run of pressing without filtration or pasteurization, it retains a vibrant, full-bodied character with a crisp freshness and faint fruitiness. The use of pure spring water from the upper Katsuragawa further adds to its clean regional profile.
