A liquor that received the blessing of the sake god "Matsuo Taisha Shrine". I used Kyoto's "Celebration", and we brewed it in cedar barrels with the "Kame noi" of Matsuo Taisha Shrine. It is a local sake in Rakusai that is colored by the rich nature and history.
