Description

Hanahato Sparkling from Enokishuzo in Hiroshima is a carbonated kijoshu produced by adding CO2 to the sake brewed using sake in place of water. The result is a sweet, champagne-like sparkling sake with the naturally rich, concentrated character of kijoshu.
