Description
Hakuinmasamune Kimotonojunmaisyu is a junmai brewed via the kimoto method using Homare Fuji and Aichi no Kaori polished to 65% by Takashima Brewing in Shizuoka. Kimoto fermentation produces a robust, naturally acidic profile; the soft Fuji snowmelt water rounds this traditional-method pure-rice sake.
