Description
Hakkoda Oroshi Junmai Ginjo Hanafubuki uses Hanafubuki (Cherry Blossom Blizzard) rice, an Aomori-developed sake rice variety, polished to 50% from Hamanatsu Shuzo. The locally bred rice contributes a distinctive soft, slightly round character that pairs naturally with the clean, low-temperature fermentation style practiced at this Aomori brewery.
