Description

This Aomori junmai daiginjo uses Hanaomoi rice polished to 45%, applying the prefecture's locally developed sake rice variety to a highly refined premium expression. Hanaomoi, which translates as Yearning for Flowers, was bred specifically for Aomori's cold-climate ginjo fermentation and produces clean, elegant aromatics suited to the daiginjo category.
