Description

Hakkoda Oroshi Daiginjo uses Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%, named after the cold winds that descend from the Hakkoda Mountains of Aomori. Hamanatsu Shuzo crafts this premium expression using pure snowmelt water from the Hakkoda range, producing a pristine, highly aromatic sake with the crystalline clarity that defines Aomori's cold-climate brewing.
