Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo Hyotambin - Junmai Ginjo sake from Hakkaisan Brewery Co.,Ltd., Niigata
Description

Stored and shipped at sub-zero temperatures, Hakkaisan's Hyotambin designation ensures this Junmai Ginjo arrives exactly as the brewer intended: fresh, vibrant, and untouched by time. Polished to 50% from Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki rice and brewed with pristine snowmelt from the Hakkai mountains in Niigata's Uonuma region, it is a precise, restrained expression of the classic Niigata style. Look for understated aromas of honeysuckle and orchard fruit on the nose, followed by a dry, light-footed palate with creamy honeydew texture, gentle citrus, and a long mineral finish that lingers quietly after each sip.
