Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Hakkaisan Brewery Co.,Ltd., Niigata
Description

Pure rice daiginjo brewed with handmade koji and "Raiden-sama no Shimizu", which is spring water from Mt. Hakkaisan. By combining Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which have been polished to 45%, and Miyamanishiki, we have created a junmai sake that is both pure and Hakkaisan-like, and that you will never get tired of. It is a slightly high-class sake to be enjoyed with a meal, with a clear and clean taste and an elegant sweetness that complements the food.
