Description

In Uonuma, which has an abundance of snowfall, the low-temperature food storage "Yukimuro", which has been handed down since ancient times, is used for sake brewing, and the sake is aged in a storehouse that stores a large amount of snow. The low temperature of around 3 degrees is kept stable by the snow. It is a sake that has grown mellow over the course of three years in this environment.
