Description

Futsuushu brewed from Okayama-grown rice at 70% polishing using the brewery's proprietary Bodai-moto starter, a revival of a medieval lactic fermentation technique traced to Nara's Shorakuji temple. Tsujimoto shifted to exclusive use of Okayama-grown rice in 2022, reinforcing the sake's strong regional identity.
