Synonymous with Gozen Sake, Omachi / Bodhi -no -no -Siju. Each season's preparation No. 1 begins with the "Omae Sake Bodhi Nigori", which has been revived since the days of Mr. Takori Harada, who revived the bodhi and brewing. In the silky mouth area with a slight entanglement, you will feel the three -dimensional and multi -layered flavor of Omachi and Bodhi. It is the longest and most advanced bodhi -of -liquor. Bodhisa of Gozen Sake: Takumi Harada, the predecessor of Gozen Sake, attempts to revive the bodhi from the description of "Nippon Sanmai Masterpiece Musakai". The test brewing was started in 1984, and in 1986 it was commercially available as "Omae Sake Bodhi and Natural Lactic Hon Brewery Four -Dan Mark Sake".

Pleasant Nigori which has the rich flavour that Omachi offered, the sweetness and the acidity are even more pronounced once warmed up and has even more flavour. Very interesting to taste in different temperature
