Description
Ginjo nama genshu (unpasteurized, undiluted) brewed from Miyama Nishiki polished to 59% at this Nagano kura in the Suwa region. As an unfiltered, undiluted namazake, it retains the freshness and vivid rice character of new sake. The ginjo polishing and clean Tateshina spring water contribute a crisp dryness and delicate aroma alongside the bold, concentrated texture of genshu.

Nagano
The foot of Yatsugatake and Mt. Tateshina, which is located, is one of Japan's leading agar production areas.
This climate, which produces the finest agar that can not be done without severe cold air, and the clear cold, is a suitable place for sake brewing.
The brewing water is clear underwater, which is the source of Mt. Tateshina, which looks up to the east.
This Yui, which is called a woman, is a soft water that is neither sweet nor dry, and has a very soft mouthfeel.
