Description
Futsushu Kintsuru from Katsuragawa Shuzo is a table-grade sake from Niigata, intended as an affordable, everyday drinking option from one of Japan's most celebrated sake-producing regions. Futsushu falls outside the premium designation tiers, yet Niigata's tradition of clean, crisp brewing typically produces even everyday sakes with a refreshing, dry character. The Kintsuru name, meaning 'golden crane,' adds a touch of elegance to this accessible expression.

Kato Shuzoten Co., Ltd.
Nigata
In 1994, the manufacturing area was relocated in search of good water, and the motto was to make sake from rice. Kato Sake Brewery's sake brewed under the rich nature of Sado and has been drunk by Sado people in the unique culture of Sado. It seems to be a matter of course, but I would like to thank and cherish this for granted. Investment for mass production and advertising is modest, but we are just a "quality Sado local sake" that pours heart -blooded for "good sake".
