🍶
Description
A lively unfiltered namazake from Katsuragawa Shuzo in Niigata, brewed in the junmai ginjo style with the delicate, clean character typical of the Echigo region. The name Kazeyawaraka, meaning 'gentle wind,' evokes the soft, fresh aromatics and light texture this unpasteurized sake delivers. Chilled rice-forward flavors are balanced by the crisp mineral finish that Niigata water is known for.

Kato Shuzoten Co., Ltd.
Nigata
In 1994, the manufacturing area was relocated in search of good water, and the motto was to make sake from rice. Kato Sake Brewery's sake brewed under the rich nature of Sado and has been drunk by Sado people in the unique culture of Sado. It seems to be a matter of course, but I would like to thank and cherish this for granted. Investment for mass production and advertising is modest, but we are just a "quality Sado local sake" that pours heart -blooded for "good sake".
