Description

A 2011 brewing year Tokubetsu Junmai from Choryu Shuzo's Futaho label, using Omachi polished to 68% with the soft water of Nara's Yoshino River. This matured expression from the 1963-founded brewery has developed over time into a rounded, contemplative sake where Omachi's rustic, earthy depth is amplified by careful long-term aging.
