Description
Yoshinosugi no Taruzake (吉野杉の樽酒) is Japan's pioneering bottled cedar barrel sake, first produced by Choryu Shuzo in 1964 and the first brewery to bottle and distribute taruzake commercially. Made with Yoshino cedar barrels from Nara's historic mountain forest, this honjozo develops a fragrant, woody aroma that has defined the taruzake style for over six decades.
