Description
Futaho Omachi Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Murokagenshu is a 2014 brewing year unfiltered genshu from Choryu Shuzo in Nara, using the traditional yamahai lactic acid method with Omachi polished to 60%. The yamahai's wild, tangy complexity integrates with Omachi's earthy depth over years of maturation in the brewery's Yoshino River soft-water environment.
