Description

Emishiki Sensation Black Label Tokubetsu Junmai uses Nippon Bare rice polished to 60% from Emishiki Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga, founded in 1892. The black label in the Sensation color series delivers a richer, fuller-bodied character from the lower polishing ratio, reflecting 5th-generation Takeshima's approach to showcasing how grain-forward junmai depth can coexist with the brewery's traditional no-additive brewing methods.
