Description

This kimoto fermented junmai genshu opens with a light, fresh nose of grapefruit, lemon lime and soft pale florals alongside a touch of sweet mochi. The palate is broad and full flavored with fairly high acidity balanced by delicate sweetness, showing notes of orange oil, vanilla custard and ripe mango. It finishes with bright, lively acidity.
